2010 Membership Form **Please note that we encourage on-line membership sign-up for renewing & new members. The online facility is a quicker way to get your licence & removes alot of the administration time at the club**.
If you are interested in joining the club for the first time, the quickest and easiest way is to join on-line by clicking on
https://members.cycling.org.au/Source/LCMembership/index.cfm and select "Blackburn"
as your club. (Please note that you will need a credit card) Complete the rest of the on-line membership application
and when you are finished print a copy of the receipt as you will be able to use this as your temporary licence until your
new plastic licence arrives.

Alternatively you can download a "New Membership Form" then complete all the relevant details and directly deposit the amount
owing into our account;

Once you have directly deposited into our account, please email a copy of your membership application form and a copy
of the bank remittance advise to <monteath@bigpond.net.au> or <harwoodbj@bigpond.com> and your membership will
be processed.
Renewing Members
Go to Cycling Australia website or click on
Enter your current license number (you will be asked for a password - should be your surname and post code) Make sure that all your
contact details are correct and confirm and re-type your email address. Read the conditions of membership then "tick the box", you will
then be asked for your credit card details, when you are finished print a copy of the receipt as you will be able to use this as your temporary licence
until your new plastic licence arrives.
