BBN has 5 riders named in Victorian Team for 2017 Track Nationals

Cycling Victoria is pleased to announce a team of 21 to compete at the 2017 Cycling Australia National Track Championships in Brisbane (March 2-5). The elite women team will be led by former UCI Hour Record Holder Bridie O'Donnell and backed up by Junior World Champion Ruby Roseman-Gannon, UCI World Cup Medallist Courtney Field and National Track Medallist Caitlin Ward. Red Hot State Champs 2017

Last weekend saw the running of the U15 and U17 State Champs at DISC It is the final attempt for the juniors to stake a claim for State Team selection for the Nationals to be held on Feb 22nd in Sydney. All up we had 3 x U15 riders across the 4 events and 4 x U17 riders across the events. Whitehorse Cycling Strategy 2016

Over the past year, more than 500 community members helped Whitehorse Council develop the Whitehorse Cycling Strategy 2016. This assistance has been through attending workshops, completing surveys, speaking to Councillors and Council officers in person and sending in written comments.
