As a Cycling Australia accredited club, there are a number of rules and policies that apply to racing, training and other events the Blackburn Cycling Club holds.

The club has adopted all policies detailed below and all members are bound to abide by these policies published by our peak bodies – Cycling Victoria & Cycling Australia. This includes all codes relating to conduct and ethics.

All our members are also expected to abide by the additional codes relating to conduct and ethics.

It is important for all members, parents, carers and partners to familiarise themselves with the rules and regulations associated with cycling. Blackburn Cycling Club is an Incorporated Association and operates under rules set out in its constitution. The Club constitution is a written document that guides the club through its operation, is a contract between the association and its members, set’s out the association's purposes and lists the rights and responsibilities of members and office holders.
